Cancellation and Refund
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please contact our support team at info@maatrabhumi.com.
- After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
2. Return & Replacement
- Products are eligible for return or replacement only if:
- They are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (images/videos).
- They are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate the refund via bank transfer. You’ll be required to share your bank details.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- If a replacement is requested for a defective item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
